Is it bad if this happens?

In the last 2 days, I ate close to nothing but then today, I did gymnastics in the backyard for 2 hours plus sit-ups for 15 minutes this morning.

@fluteacorn: how old are you? Most families wouldn't notice things like that unless you eat every meal together.

@fluteacorn: don't starve yourself. Actually, that will make you gain more weight for a little bit before you drastically lose it. And it will slow down your metabolism making you gain more weight than usual for the things you do eat. If you really want control and to lose weight, maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water and exercise instead of starving.

@Anonsmiles: I do drink plenty of water. Usually 10-12 cups a day.

@fluteacorn: do some research on it. I can't help you make up a healthy diet because tbh I don't even have a healthy diet, but I know that's what you should do if you wanna lose weight.
