Do you give your cat's "Temptations" treats?

If not, PLEASE never start. I found out those treats are very unhealthy for cat's, and once you start they don't want their regular food, it's nearly impossible to wean them off the stuff. If anyone has been able to get their babies off this stuff please advise me. I'm so sorry I ever started mine on this.

just stop giving them..
keep your kitties food bowl full and make sure there's plenty of water available..
when it's hungry enough the cat will eat..
@Andrewjc: Cold turkey? the thought makes me cringe but at heart I know you're probably right. Dang!
@Coyotedave611: cats are food driven. It won't starve if food is available.

I give it to my cat once in a while... he still eats his regular food... offer your cat only proper food... when he's hungry be will eat, he'll eventually know that the treats are over...

I give mine those but only as treat and only a few at a time. He eats dry food , lots of it...and once a day he gets wet food also..we have had no problems with his diet at all.
@AlmostAnAngel: Sounds like you're a great mom!😺

I've seen a friend's cats die thanks to these treats. Friend's like, "Oh, but they don't have anything bad in them." Think again, man...
@shaelan: Thanks for this sad, but consciousness raising post!

@Coyotedave611: It's kind-of tragic considering profit margin is what's really behind this, but you're welcome.
Look around and see if you can find home baked pet cookies or go on Google and find a recipe and make them.They will be much healthier for kitty
@Starshine: Hey, such an obvious answer, I should of thought of this will certainly do this. Thanks!
my likes his dry catfood and eats nothing else "dad's" brand catfood
