What is wrong with me?

My throat is sore so it hurts to swallow. When I move my face like raise my eyebrows, my head hurts. My toes and fingers, ankles, knees, back, and arms are sore as well. It feels heavy in my chest when I take deep breaths. This started about 3-4 days ago. Could I have something? Did I eat something? Am I not moving or stretching enough?
