Who do you go for morning walk/run with?

Normally I'm on a stationary bike with my kid tearing around the house. Then I usually have to end up tearing around the house after my kid. Then it's back on the bike. Then off after my kid again. Then on. It's a vicious cycle. I guess you could call him a sort-of running partner.
