Every time I work out, I keep praying for the session to be over. God. Its a pain in the ass. I mean, seriously people? Except that its good for health, what do you enjoy about it?
I don't work out per se, but I walk a lot, and how healthy I've gotten as a result of my efforts keeps me going. Just by walking 4 or 5 days week, I lost 140 much needed lbs, and trust me, you don't want to get there. Eat healthy, exercise moderately, and you'll find your body functions better all over, don't wait like I did. Your body is literally your vehicle, you inhabit it, so its your responsibility to take care of it. If you want to know what happens to a car that's not properly cared for, ask a mechanic. Like a car, its better to not let things go before they can't be fixed. So maybe the gym isn't for you... Ever think of dance, or track, or walking, riding a bike, skateboarding, rollerblading? Make it something you already enjoy, so it doesn't seem like a chore.

I don't work out....I run, fast. I think when working out, you gotta have some kind of motivation coz working out is really tough.
I actually really enjoy it, once I've been doing it for a week
For the first week it's painful, but it just starts feeling really good after that, the rush, the energy, the euphoria, being active is really nice when your body gets used to it
