Its good to pair some carbs with protein to get your metabolism all fire up! My favorite it 2 eggs on a cup of wilted spinach with 1/2 cup of hashbrowns :) yum. Have you ever had chia cereal? Just put almond milk on the chia seeds with honey and choice of fruit.
