Slice up a tomato and some raw mushrooms. A bed of baby spinach and place tomatoes and raw mushrooms on top. Fry up one or two eggs and place on top. Finally smash a bit of avocado and plenty of salt and pepper.
Real easy to make and will keep you going most of the day without feeling hungry.
