What percentage of the world do you think suffers from a mental illness?

I don't have a number, but I think majority of the world has some sort of illness.

I'd say about 2%.
The remaining 18% or so who have been "diagnosed" are being led on a path created by the pharmaceutical and mental health industries to drive revenue.
