Why does overdosing make me feel nauseous?

I took about 2000 mg of medicine, instead of 210 mg and I feel like I'm going to throw up.

Depends on the meds. If you take 2000mg of anti anxiety meds like Valium or Xanax they're just likely to get you sick. Oding on Tylenolis just going to kill your liver. Opiates like methadone or hydromorphone would be a different story. 😰
