anyone have any suggestion no loosing weight?

My medication makes me feel like I haven't indulge on food right now I'm at 198 lbs and I'm 5'7 trying to loose weight do. I go to the gym and just lift weights but I don't do cardio.

Protein of some sort like a shake or eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast for example.
Tuna or chicken salad with grapes and ice tea for lunch
protein bar for a snack
Thom Kha soup with extra chicken for dinner or some fish with broccolli and a salad
No snacks.

Limit your carbs, increase your protein, don't eat much sugar and above all exercise 20 min at least 3-4 days a week and stay positive. :) Guaranteed to lose weight on this and so easily. The above was just a sample diet. You will drop weight with the right carb to protein ratio and a positive attitude :) Good luck! :)
