Anyone have any goals for becoming healthier?

Personally speaking, I want to drop a couple of pounds, build a little more muscle, and most importantly, keep improving my control of my diabetes.

Buy yourself one of those nutri blender things, and start each day with a smoothie of vegetables, fruits, with some nuts and seeds mixed in. It shaped me up and keeps me going to lunch time. Also will give you all the benefits of having plenty of veg in your diet.
