Anyone have any goals for becoming healthier?

Personally speaking, I want to drop a couple of pounds, build a little more muscle, and most importantly, keep improving my control of my diabetes.

I did a few years ago. Eat less sugar and carbs. Exercise a bit. And you will get there.

@MrBrownstone: Absolutely, all changes should be slow and gradual, that is how you assure you will make progress and that progress will stick.
