Losing my mental health and mobility

@Robinsinwinter: Just continue to be active. I have a small dog and use him as my excuse to walk often. I don't really watch my weight but I fear eating back on those extra pounds I use to have. I drink a lot of water. TRY to keep away from fried foods; or at least keep them at a minimum.
