not fat. but it's not healthy. i have digestional issues.
i'm 6'1.5" something and 175lbs.
i know.. eat uncooked chicken liver! that's how i developed campylobactor and that's when i began to drop the pounds.
NO, don't do that.
(what i did in school was backpack it with insulated wares.. and small, frequent meals... whenever i could get it.)
