Any meal skippers here?

I am a meal skipper in general. I usually have a late breakfast and sometimes i skip the dinner. (Since I moved to Romania, I skip the dinner less)

I dunno if ts is called skiping meal but I eat very little, like one piece of sandwich. If possible I want to skip it. Its not fun to eat if you hv no appetite. But I never skip breakfst.

Well if you have no appetite and small portions help you then it is the way you should do. I also sometimes do that for dinner or make salad
