Depends what you mean by "cure" and by "cancer". Cancer is actually thousands of different diseases, based on what type of cell goes bad and how, and each type of cancer responds differently to different treatments. Each one responds differently to different options. Once cancer may be nearly immune to chemo but wither quickly under radiation, another might barely respond to chemo or radiation but the tumor can be surgically removed. Some have a near 100% successful treatment rate if caught early enough, does that count as a cure?
