Still feeling dizzy after fainting?

I fainted three hours ago, five minutes before closing time at work. I don't remember much apart from feeling really light-headed, almost like vertigo. Everything was spinning, it felt like the ground was spinning, and then my vision went blurry.

I still feel dizzy now. When I stand up to go to the bathroom, the spinning comes back, but then goes as soon as i sit down. I have ate today and drank plenty of water, is it normal to still feel like this three hours later?

Well, it only seemed to be since I had the Nexplanon implant put in this morning. I felt dizzy about 30-60 minutes after I had it done. The nurse did not check my blood pressure before-hand, but seemed to be in a rush while doing it. Sorry, I should have added this before.
Need to get blood pressure check up. My bp drops like that sometimes.

It could have been caused by low blood pressure, when you stand it isn't travelling around your body fast enough which is why it comes back. Tensing your calves, butt and clenching your fists and teeth can help. Water with salt in it or something like Gatorade might help too.

I've never fainted and if you have I would suggest going to a doctor. You might have low blood pressure because of a heart problem or who knows.. ya know?

That could be stress/anxiety. If so, you need to relax. Don't focus on it. A nap could make it go away.

You should sit down until you know for sure that the dizzy feeling is gone.

That happened to me. I took a few hour nap and it helped.
