Drink a shitload of water. I drink a gallon per day. Or a bit more.
Integrate fruits or veggies into your diet, if they're not. You can do either/or.
Minimize carbs. Carbs is what makes you fat. Eat a lot of lean protein: turkey, chicken, tuna/fish, eggs. Only occasionally have red meat.
You need fat in your diet, or it will fuck up your hormones. At least 15% of your diet should be healthy fats: such as fats from nuts and fish. At the very least.
Chicks can lift weights, too. And it's very healthy. Just do a lot of repetitions with low weight, and you won't get bulky or manly looking.
Find your BMI X activity level = the daily amount of calories you need. Eat at this level. Or subtract 100-250 calories, if you want to lose weight.
