If you're over 80 with no kids or life insurance who buries you?

I ask because an elderly neighbor asked me, but I didn't have an answer for her.😓

In my surroundings and in many familiar areas, the neighbors around alongwith the community head takes the responsibility readily and bid farewell to the concerned on their new journey.

@Peaches: It can happen anywhere with a tiny little space for ones around us in our heart.I sincerely feel so.

@Peaches: Will finds her way. I've seen it around since my childhood and hence mentioned.
We used to have an octogenarian (sick and fragile man) in our locality during my childhood. When he passed away, all unknowns from the society and communities around gathered, collected funds as per their capacities and did the needful and no one from outside the society could imagine his to be the funeral of an orphan.
