poor hygiene is apart of bioplar isnt it?

I guess depression can be accompanied by poor hygeine. It's hard to care how you look or smell, when you don't care if you live or die.

Not always. Sometimes it is lack of motivation to get clean. Depressed people go through it. Same with schizophrenics. Might have to look up the symptoms

It might be during a depressive state, but because it is a symptom of depression, not of bi-polar in general.

Some people who suffer from depression often let their hygiene go, so it can be. Mania tends to cause the opposite reaction.
