Why is it a challenge to cover your mouth as you chronically cough every 30 seconds?

@littlefire333: oh I thought it'd be a cool pun because I do cross fit and a lot of my friends/family come to me for help with their workouts, but I mostly focus on my own training, and I'm also a Christian youth minister for college students so I'm also like a figurative cross ✝️ trainer
