To those of you who've lost weight, what motivated you?

I could drop about 60 pounds. I don't hate my body but it'd be nice to be smaller. However I apparently don't hate myself enough to actively lose weight. I need a motivator and have none. Where did you get yours from?

Kung Fu helped me get in shape. Always wanted to be like Jet Li or some of the newer action stars. Hard to throw powerful punches when your traps are weak and your obliques are flabby though, so I toned up.
