To those of you who've lost weight, what motivated you?

I could drop about 60 pounds. I don't hate my body but it'd be nice to be smaller. However I apparently don't hate myself enough to actively lose weight. I need a motivator and have none. Where did you get yours from?

I started to gain weight when all I ate was junk food all day, every day and I wanted to look cool in thigh high socks(I saw them on another person and they looked pretty cool on her). I was average-sized, but I obviously wasn't in shape. I didn't like my puffy stomach and my thighs grew from my unhealthy eating habits (with cellulite!). This, and I was always drained. So now that I'm to my ideal size, I never worry if something ever looks bad on me and I have so much energy now. I like eating healthy food, whereas before healthy things tasted dull to me. I still exercise but now to see how far I can push it, not to lose weight.
