To those of you who've lost weight, what motivated you?

I could drop about 60 pounds. I don't hate my body but it'd be nice to be smaller. However I apparently don't hate myself enough to actively lose weight. I need a motivator and have none. Where did you get yours from?

Same here. Anyone type? With us, it could be anything. Melanoma, colon-rectal, leukemia, you name it. Cancer is the nastiest six letter word I know. It to me, is worse than the f word.
