How long does your period usually last?
Mine is almost always 6-7 days. If I'm lucky, it's only 5 days long.

Fascinating. I don't believe I've heard of alfalfa tea, but I'll look into that.

@hiddenkitty: It has a lot of trace minerals and vitamin K which helps blood clot and stops blood flow. It also tastes good and is inexpensive. It really helps!
