How long does your period usually last?

Mine is almost always 6-7 days. If I'm lucky, it's only 5 days long.

5 or 6, thanks to the pill. It's shorter and lighter if you do daily exercise.

The time it went lighter was when I used to do 10 minutes of hula hooping everyday. Now I run on the treadmill for 6 minutes on speed 7.

I try to exercise when I can. I suffer from chronic pain, and the pain medication I'm on causes occasional muscle fatigue, but I take walks when I can.
