Then when i am more stable in terms of energy, bring on the protein, meats, fish or fowl.
Eggs are ok but more for breakfast or brunch
but I do eat them all the time, I love my eggies lol.

yea..good to be dehydrated all through workout..and showers can help in reducing muscle soreness..
