Not Really Healthy

Although I do go out, with our child, on walks and play in the park.

My wife, she's the healthy one. Big on Martial Arts - she's a 1st Dan. Big on sprinting. Years ago, she took on the UK's No 3 (I think..2 or 3) over 100m and beat her. In training, not a 'meet' as such.

She does all that Shaun T home fitness stuff too - 'Insanity : The Asylum' is her fav. Sports drills etc.

It's tiring for me to watch her.
