Not Super Healthy.

My mates do all manner of stuff - from Martial arts, running, yoga and pole dancing - to stay healthy. Me? Not so.

I walk a lot. I swim occasionally. But that's it.

That's normally enough, if your metabolism is good or/and you control your diet. But you can always work towards a better health.
