Did I catch a cold or is it flu ?

I've been in my bed all morning, can't walk around with this terrible headache. Still don't get if my nose is runny or stuffy, depends, it's both actually. My eyes are watery. I'm sneezing and coughing and my chest hurts when I cough or laugh.
I don't think I have a fever, or at least not a high one.
My parents aren't here, so...Don't really know what to do, it's been two days already, but it was more like a cold, these past days...I don't know, I could go to school, and walk around even though I had a headache. Now I really can't.
There's no more paracetamol, I took all of it these past days ( 2 or 3 a day )
But I have Ibuprofen, will it work fine ?
I really need help. What should I do ?

(Love your Pfp) Tea seems to help with headaches/migraines, If you have a runny nose.. I'd suggest taking a warm shower, hot enough to make the entire bathroom steamy at some point just to clear out your sinuses, If your chest hurts when you laugh or cough you might have asthma.

I've had a headache for over two days... and my nose is screwed as well as I can only breathe out of one nostril at any given time.. and it randomly rotates as well.. so..

I just drank some tea and took a shower.
I don't think I have asthma, cuz' this only happens when I'm sick, otherwise, It's not painful or anything.
