Serious question here

Any advice on boosting my estrogen levels? I can’t get HRT and idk how long it’ll be

I don’t wanna be ordering HRT offline because I don’t know how to do it right (taking it not ordering it) so I was wondering if there’s any natural ways?

I ordered stuff off of Happy Mamouth, takes a while to have an effect, I’m just starting bottle number 2, and with the heat I can’t tell if it’s working yet. I have found very little natural HRT, unfortunately. I stopped synthetic HRT years ago.
