Serious question here

Any advice on boosting my estrogen levels? I can’t get HRT and idk how long it’ll be

I don’t wanna be ordering HRT offline because I don’t know how to do it right (taking it not ordering it) so I was wondering if there’s any natural ways?

As far as I can tell natural ways to boost estrogen are not going to have a medically significant enough amount. It's why doctors prescribe anti-inflammatories instead of just telling someone to eat more turmeric.
