NOT to be a "Holy Roller" or nuthin hun but id say your best option is to get into a bible and read it would be the best option you will be amazed at what it can do.. You do realize its a demon that makes your feel that way and getting into God's word will drive that right out.. If you dont have a bible you can download bible apps their free and some of them even have an option where it will read it to you if you dont like to read or just struggle to read.. Best of luck.. Im just sayin thats what id do if i where in your shoes.. Id drive that evil force right out thats making you feel that way.. 🙏🙏🙏
