It is difficult not to overdo it at Christmas, where, in the northern hemisphere at least, it is cold and there isn't much to do outdoors

i was not able to exercise due to 2 tears in my meniscus. like to drove me crazy but i am back in the gym. weights on tuesday, yoga tonight

@Ambroseguy80 mine was literally hanging by a thread. I was supposed to go hiking in Peru but it luckily got cancelled due to the hurricane down here. and yes very painful.
