It is difficult not to overdo it at Christmas, where, in the northern hemisphere at least, it is cold and there isn't much to do outdoors

@helenS Me too. I have to drink "power smoothies" every day to keep my weight up or I start looking gaunt.

@helenS I lost it while I had covid because I couldnt smell or taste.
