Step aerobics, boot camp and boxing type cardio, weight training, yoga/mobility ect. Not sure it keeps me active. I feel like the walking dead most days, but it does keep me relatively fit for my age. Wish I could run though, but my knees can’t take the pounding outside. I have some running in place, and running around my step in some of my workouts.
