Can u name something that is good for fighting a cold ?

How about sweet and sour soup. Or as some like to call it, hot and sour. Its a strong but tasty soup made by Thais.
Its really great for fighting colds. Okay, people. You heard it here first.
Anyway. What do you got for me today SW. 🙂

There's a thing called Chyawanprash made by Indians. I eat it and never catch cold, even when I don't wear any warm clothes when it's too cold out there.
Basically, it contains lots of Vitamin C.
