How does it affect the ejaculate? You still eject sperm in the seminal fluid, but they are not viable?

If so, how is the non-viability accomplished? By modifying the testes' environment? Heating them?

@SomeMichGuy they haven't said. It is reversible. It's just a pill.

Seems as though the reversible snip surgery is more reasonable, perhaps...hmmm...
