I got my lab test back. It was almost perfect.

My HDL is low but my heart doc didn't comment on that. I only know because I looked it up online. My heart doc said it was really good. He said my kidneys are fine and looked confused when I told him my other doc told me they were working at level 3. He said to def not worry about it. That makes two docs that have told me that. So I feel good about it.

I am. I don't eat a lot so I don't know if it's that or that I just need to exercise. I was told not to exercise last year but I can now. But I've exercised mist of my adult life. Unfortunately I never made a habit of doing labs. So don't know if I was good before I became ill. @Virgo79
