Do you feel mentally unstable?

Most of the time I either feel like I need a mood suppressant, or a stimulant, I never seem to be on a comfortable level

@Cashout: no one likes to talk about it here there's a real stigma, it just gets swept under the rug.

We've moved past that a bit. I hope the UK can evolve. Sounds like the US 15 Years ago. Try to emigrate here...easier said than done I know.

@Adelh91: agree, feel like I'm being swept under the carpet, and it's do things to protect the pcts rather than what us best for me
