Do you feel mentally unstable?

Most of the time I either feel like I need a mood suppressant, or a stimulant, I never seem to be on a comfortable level

I think I'm bipolar but I won't see the dr as they'll just put me on meds

@Adelh91: I think you can control yourself by studying yourself. Instead of Doctor see a therapist if things go out of hand.
