I am I think. I need it not just in winter. I buy a new one before I run out. And it has to be the real Chapstick because the cheap stuff melts In my pocket.
chapstick has ingredients in it that dry your lips out so that you buy more.
i just use aquaphor at night. not the lip one, but the original one in a tub. nipple cream (like the kind for breastfeeding mothers) is also an option. it's weird but it works.
