You know those fun moments when you can't forget things?

Yeah, they're great. Love the waking nightmares and existential dread. Love seeing people and thinking, "That person is hiding something awful." But hey, such is life. Therapists get to deal with their own issues AND others. Don't be shocked that we break down hard and often.

Also, no, reading a book on psychology doesn't make you an expert or "immune" to issues.
