Covid symptoms
Are heart palpitations a symptom of covid I've tested positive and I get them now and again with a feeling that I can't breath properly

I didn't have heart palpitations, but it felt like I was breathing with one lung. Nebulizer helped quite a bit, as well as taking slow deep breaths. Anything heart related should be checked out. Likely because you're breathing rapidly.

Yes, they can be... please call your doctor and more than likely they will advise you to go to the hospital.
