Is this coming out right?

I've noticed my daughters tooth bulging out the front of her gum it's the Dock tooth does this look right to you mum's and dad's?should I be concerned? [image]

Oh wow its pushing out the side of her gum .Might sort its self or it might break through if it breaks through might need sorting .
