What's wrong with my friend ?

My friend has been having a hard time eating this has been happening since Saturday. He can't keep food down he just throws up when he eats. He's only 20 years old same age as me. What's wrong with him ? Is there a cure for this ?

he could have anxiety. can also be infected with a virus or bacteria. any fever?? is he able to drink water and keep that down??
