Can't get rid of it

Tuck her to get some tests done and they say nothing is wrong but she is still having watery poo..... This is just a joke

Update.... She has gotten worse over night her poo is extremely liquid now and being sick bad something else is going on and it's not good going in to see someone today hopefully they can help as soon she's going hospital in an ambulance she don't drink enough fluid

My 3 year old got some kid of bug from school and has give it to her sister she one and she has it very bad and I can't seem to unblock her noise which in result is working its way down her throat and making her sick I've don't boiling salt water and putting a towel over her head and putting saline spray in after and over a week and half later she still has this as well as a cough.

Anyone else had this problem?

Try and get her stay upright when she can. This can help keep the mucus out of her throat, and encourage it to come out the nostrils instead.
For food, try giving her simple wheat based things and water. Plain bread, toast, or crackers are a good, safe bet. But if you use crackers, use unsalted. This can help keep her energy up, her body probably won't reject it, and helps keep her fluids up. (I had to live on this for 3 days when I had Norwalk as a child.)

@MiraRoss No problem, and best of luck. Being sick sucks, as someone who got sick a fair bit as a kid. At least she has you to care for her!
