Have you ever or are now currently experiencing sciatic nerve pain? How do you or have you dealt with it.

Do you have any alternative therapy suggestions? Or anything that doesn't require hard narcotics?
I'm currently 19weeks pregnant with twins and I've have sciatic nerve pain in the past just never ever this bad.
I am on moderate bed rest and do have an Incompetent cervix which I had stitches closed when I became pregnant, I can't do my old stretches....
I'm so bummed and in so much pain 😭
