What is the worst physical pain you have ever endured?

Mine was passing a kidney stone. Unimaginable pain for four days.

Oh, gosh. Mine felt nothing like labour. Mine felt like being stabbed over and over again with an ice pick; labour never made me wish to die.

@pinkrainbowkisses: smaller. A grain of sand. But it wouldn't come through without getting stuck. Every time my kidney needed to empty, the stone blocked the opening and I felt like an icepick was being stabbed into my kidney. I hoped I would die.
