How is your health? (Physical and mental)

On a severe downgrade but I plan on working on it today.

All things considered, okay for both

Disability aside, my physical health is probably the best its ever been (minus this current head cold/sinus infection, bleh.)

Mentally, I'm really, really worn out. :)

Mental is fine. Physical, not the best. I'm on an antibiotic for strep and still have a sore throat.

I'm good physically. Mentally I feel strange.

Just fair at the moment, but getting better.

Neither is good.

I'm on anxiety meds now.

Physical is groovy!

All good. I'm not taking any prescribed medication, yet.

Physically it could be better. Mentally I am okay.

Both are excellent and continuing to improve
